Susan Harwood PhD is an experienced and well regarded gender equality specialist; she is also an investigator of workplace bullying, sexual harassment, discrimination and victimisation. Her practitioner experience within Australian and in developing countries is supported by her extensive and ongoing research on these serious issues. Susan’s investigation work underpins her ongoing consultancy and training with senior management teams on how to redress gendered workplace practices, toxic cultures and, how to prevent and manage bullying, sexual harassment, discrimination and victimisation.
